I tend to overstress, over-think, over-strive, etc. about EVERYTHING all the time. I am not sure when this started in life but as far as I can remember remembering, I have always been this way and by now being 22, it is a bit hard to stop. Now that I am pregnant, stress, depression, anxiety, and no sleep will only harm myself and my soon to be baby or babies. I am hoping this blog can be an outlet for me to get rid of some of the thoughts that are constantly on my mind.
